1. Introduction By purchasing, accessing, or using any online programs or 1:1 sessions provided by Beata Gorska, Journey Into The I, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your participation in our programs and serve as a legally binding agreement.

2. No Guarantees or Warranties Our programs and sessions are intended for educational and informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding specific results, outcomes, or success, whether financial, personal, or otherwise. Your results depend on your individual efforts, application, and circumstances.

3. Liability Disclaimer To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for damages, losses, or injuries arising from your participation in our programs or sessions. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once access to the program or a session has been granted. Exceptions may be considered solely at our discretion in cases of technical issues preventing access to the course materials or unavoidable emergencies affecting scheduled 1:1 sessions.

5. Intellectual Property Rights All materials, including videos, PDFs, worksheets, and any other content, are the intellectual property of Beata Gorska, Journey Into The I. You may not copy, share, distribute, resell, or reproduce any part of the program or mentoring materials without express written permission.

6. Personal Responsibility & Risk Acknowledgment By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for how you apply the information presented. We are not responsible for any personal, professional, or financial decisions made based on the course or mentoring session content.

7. No Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice Our programs and sessions do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Any insights shared are for educational purposes only and should not replace professional consultation.

8. Confidentiality All discussions and materials shared during 1:1 sessions are confidential. However, we may disclose information if required by law or if there is a concern for safety.

9. Rescheduling Policy For 1:1 sessions, rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without prior notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.

10. Time-Limited Access Unless otherwise stated, course materials will be available for a limited period. Participants should complete the program within the specified time frame to ensure full access to content.

11. Code of Conduct Participants must engage respectfully in all programs and mentoring sessions. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of access without a refund.

12. Technology Disclaimer We are not responsible for technical failures beyond our control, such as platform downtime, software malfunctions, or issues related to user devices and internet connectivity.

13. Program & Session Access & Termination We reserve the right to revoke access to any program or mentoring session without notice if you engage in any unauthorized distribution, plagiarism, or violation of these terms. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time without liability.

14. Payment Terms All payments must be made in full before access to the program or mentoring session is granted. Failure to complete a payment may result in the suspension or termination of access.

15. Technical Requirements It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary hardware, software, and internet connection to access the program. We are not responsible for technical issues on your end that prevent participation.

16. Force Majeure We are not liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or governmental restrictions.

17. Non-Transferability Program enrolments and 1:1 sessions are personal and cannot be transferred, shared, or resold. Unauthorized access may result in termination without a refund.

18. Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact us in an attempt to resolve the issue informally. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled through mediation or binding arbitration in my location. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

19. Amendments & Updates We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the program or mentoring signifies your acceptance of any modifications.
